ACPOMIT, The Association for Chartered Physiotherapists with an interest in Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection Therapy

ACPOMIT, the Association for Chartered Physiotherapists with an interest in Orthopaedic Medicine and Injection Therapy is a clinical interest group using principles of orthopaedic medicine to diagnose and treat lesions of the neuro musculo skeletal structures of the body.

This web site provides information on the objectives of the organisation, membership details, access to current literature, information on orthopaedic medicine for physiotherapists including training courses and contact details of the ACPOMIT committee.

Anyone with an interest in in Orthopaedic Medicine or Inection therapy can join ACPOMIT on payment of the membership fee. The group collects articles and papers relevant to orthopaedic medicine and injection therapy as a resource for current members. ACPOMIT members that haven't already done so are encouraged to undertake a course in injection therapy.

We support individuals who have completed high quality courses in orthopaedic medicine as well as individual physiotherapists interested in the specialism.

The current annual membership is £20 per annum.

We would also like you to update any other necessary details as we are now required by the CSP to have all members CSP numbers on our database.

Important Reminder

As of January 2008 membership subscriptions are made only online via PayPal (£20) or by cheque (£25) - payable to ACPOMIT with full name and address clearly marked on the rear and forwarded to J. Dawson, ACPOMIT Treasurer, c/o 3 Bromley Cross Road, Bolton, BL7 9LS.

All members who have failed to do so are reminded that standing order payments must be cancelled immediately and are informed that their membership details will not have been automatically updated.
